How long does shipping take?
We process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Express shipping across Australia typically takes 2-5 business days. Tracking details will be sent directly to your registered email once shipped.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused, brand new parts in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility. Contact us at support@tracknback4x4.com.au to initiate a return.
Do your performance parts come with a warranty?
Absolutely! All performance components, clutch kits, and turbo systems come with a full 12-month manufacturer warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions.
How do I know if a part will fit my vehicle?
We detail exact vehicle fitment and engine specifications under the 'Product Information' tab on each product page. If you have a custom setup or need verification, send your build details to our workshop team.

Do you offer professional installation?
Yes. Our physical workshop is located in Mareeba, QLD. We offer complete in-house dyno tuning, ECU remapping, professional installation of all parts, and complete 4x4 GVM suspension upgrades.
